• Preparation of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, and any other requested Financial Statements
• Assist in the month-end close, including preparation of journal entries
• Preparation of bank and balance sheet reconciliations

• Review AP invoices to ensure payment and coding accuracy

Accounts Payable

SNF Back Office's Finance team works closely with each facility and each vendor to ensure an efficient and accurate approval process, timely payments for all critical expenditures, and proper communication for any vendor collection concerns.

• Review, record, and code all bank and credit card transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure payments are up to date
• Credit card reconciliation
• Assist with monthly reports and month end closing
